Long Island bagel chain opening fifth location

A Long Island institution to open this spring in a 2,880 s/f space at the base of luxury rental property Harbor Landing

RXR Realty, the developer behind Garvies Point in Glen Cove, New York, announced that Brendel’s Bagels will open its fifth location at Harbor Landing.

RXR Realty was represented by Daniel Glazer and Jason Sobel from Ripco Real Estate for this transaction.

The Brendel’s Bagels location at Harbor Landing, located at 350 Herb Hill Road, will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as extensive catering options. There will also be indoor and outdoor seating, open from approximately 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.

“The partnership between Harbor Landing and Brendel’s Bagels was a natural choice, and we are excited that the first retailer at Garvies Point will be an esteemed member of the Long Island food community,” said Joe Graziose, executive vice president of residential development and construction at RXR Realty.

Brendel’s Bagels, which has been a mainstay on Long Island since 2008, is known for handmade fresh bagels.

They celebrated the opening by providing breakfast and lunch for over 500 construction team members working on the Garvies Point Development.
