The Dana Commercial Group at Prudential Douglas Elliman has negotiated a 15-year lease for a new Lobel’s Kitchen in Trump Plaza.
Lobel’s has been a New York institution since 1840. The original Upper East Side butcher shop – a favorite among celebrities and business executives – can now be found on Madison Avenue and in Yankee Stadium.
The new Lobel’s Kitchen at 1030 Third Avenue, on the northwest corner of 61st Street, in Trump Plaza, is a 2,450 s/f location with a dramatic curved double-height corner storefront.
“We have been working to find the perfect location for Lobel’s Kitchen for two years” said Gary Dana, an executive vice president at The Dana Group. “Lobel’s will feature prepared foods made with their meats, specializing in rotisserie chickens, smoked brisket, meat loaf and smoked pork ribs. They will sell the wonderful steak sandwiches they introduced at their operation in Yankee Stadium, and will also do catering.”
Gary Dana, along with Rick Dana and Adam Kramer of The Dana Group at Prudential Douglas Elliman represented Lobel’s Kitchen in the transaction, working closely with Allen Weisselberg of The Trump Organization.
