Living New York acquires Mdrn. Residential

Living New York, a brokerage focused on landlord representation, has acquired another brokerage, Mdrn. Residential.

The move grows Living by nearly 40 agents and executive staff. including Mdrn.’s top producers, for a total headcount of over 100.

Founded in 2004, Living New York manages principal and client owned mixed-used, residential and commercial properties. It also has a management arm, Living Management, with a portfolio of 200 properties in and around New York City. 

Mdrn. Residential was a real estate firm founded in 2013, focused on services ranging from investment and development, sales and leasing, management and residential technology.
