New Street Realty Advisors, LLC announced the following leases:
• Friends of the Children New York leased its first location in the Bronx at 903 Dawson Street, owned by L+M Development Partners. Matthew Gorman, Joshua Gettler and Joshua Kaufman of New Street Realty Advisors acted on behalf of the tenant.

• Taino Pharmacy signed a long-term lease with E & M Associates for space at 2371 2nd Avenue, its fifth location in New York City. Joshua Kaufman, Joshua Gettler and Matthew Gorman represented both tenant and landlord.
• Green Nature Coffee House leased 1,242 s/fat Riverbank West, located at 555 West 42nd Street, New York. Green Nature will join other successful retailers at the base of the building including 7-Eleven, Subway, The Pearl Theatre Company and Grand Cru Wine & Spirits. Joshua Kaufman, Joshua Gettler and Matthew Gorman acted on behalf of the landlord, Massachusetts Life Insurance Company.

Harris Allied, an executive search firm, has leased 2,929 s/f of office space at W&H Properties’ 1350 Broadway in Herald Square, where it will relocate its headquarters in the fall from 1501 Broadway. Arkady Smolyansky and Keith Caggiano of CBRE Group, Inc. represented Harris Allied in the transaction. William Cohen, Ryan Kass, Neil Rubin and Andrew Weisz of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented W&H Properties.

The Handler Real Estate Organization has arranged a ten-year headquarters relocation for The Joester Loria Group, a brand licensing agency, which will occupy 8,500 s/f at 30 Irving Place. The firm, which is relocating from 860 Broadway, will move into its new space in February 2014, occupying the entire tenth floor. Peter Newman, executive managing director, Handler, along with Diana Siegel secured the location on behalf of the tenant. Jeffrey Smith, of Samco Management, represented the landlord in-house.
