Adams & Co. Real Estate recently brokered a 10-year, 8,424 s/f new lease at 3 Park Ave. for Cintra Software & Service Inc.
Alan Bonett and Brad Cohn of Adams & Co. represented the tenant in the transaction, while Marc Horowitz of Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation represented the landlord in-house. Asking rents were $55 per square foot. Cintra Software plans to use this space as general and executive office space for their software firm.

Luxoft USA, Inc., has signed a new lease at 100 Wall Street, occupying approximately 4,717 s/f on a portion of the 5th Floor for a ten-year term. Luxoft is a provider of software development services and IT solutions to a global client base consisting primarily of large multinational corporations. Mitchell Konsker and Scott Cahaly of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Savanna, while Yura Mitskevich of Elbrus Capital Group represented the tenant in this transaction.

All Shows LLC, a ticket vendor in the New York metropolitan area, recently relocated its corporate headquarters, signing a lease for 4,645 s/f at Faros Properties’ International Corporate Center of Rye. The lease was brokered by Greg Frisoli and Larry Ruggieri, both managing directors at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, who represented Faros Properties in the transaction.
NEW JERSEY:
Bussel Realty Corp. announced it represented Home City Inc., an Egyptian linens distributor, in an 80,000 s/f long-term lease at Heller Industrial Park at 180 Mill Road in Edison, New Jersey. Jordan Metz of BRC was responsible for the transaction. Home City will relocate from Linden, New Jersey. David Blitt and Robert Sager of BRC also worked with Metz on the transaction. Heller Industrial was represented in-house.

Teach For America, the national corps of college graduates who commit to teaching in low-income communities, has leased 9,080 s/f at The Berger Organization’s Robert Treat Center, 50 Park Place in Newark. The non-profit will relocate to the property this fall from Berger’s Military Park Building at 60 Park Place, where it has maintained its Greater Newark operation since 2004.

Larken Associates has signed five new leases at the Hillsborough Business Center, bringing occupancy in the 525,000 s/f facility to more than 90 percent. Tronics World, LLC leased 1,500 s/f; Sunlight General Capital LLC leased 3,125 s/f; ESS Home Theater moved into 2,380 s/f; Kentrel now occupies 1,500 square feet and NRWellness, LLC signed a lease for 3,405 s/f. Additionally Yili Inc., which has been at Hillsborough Business Center for one year and Absolute Painting which has been there since 2004 are both expanding to nearly twice their original sizes from 3,125 to 6,190 s/f, and 1,500 to 2,963 s/f respectively.

NAI James E. Hanson announced that Golden Years Adult Medical Day Care Center has signed a long-term lease for 16,270 s/f of space at 1225 McBride Avenue, a two-story office building in Woodland Park N.J. Darren Lizzack and Cheryl Bozzelli represented the landlord, Passaic Valley Medical and Professional Center.
