Gettry Marcus CPA, P.C. announced they have inked a 19,191 s/f office lease at RXR’s 88 Froehlich Farm Boulevard, in Woodbury, N.Y., nearly doubling their present space to accommodate the firm’s expansion.
Gettry Marcus is scheduled to move from their present location, at 20 Crossways Park Drive North, Woodbury, NY, into their new location before the end of 2013.
The new space is being renovated to accommodate an open, innovative and modern working environment for their employees and clients. Gettry Marcus chose to have an open layout to encourage more collaboration and dialogue between the different practice groups within the firm.
“This move represents an exciting development for the firm, one that began with our rebranding in January of 2013,” says Steven L. Marcus, managing partner at Gettry Marcus. “The new space will provide increased interaction that will naturally improve culture, problem solving, creativity and the sharing of ideas and solutions.”
The Froehlich Farm Boulevard office campus is located within RXR Realty’s Woodbury Corporate Park, strategically situated at the juncture of the Long Island Expressway, Woodbury Road and Jericho Turnpike.
Gettry Marcus was represented in the 11-year lease transaction by CBRE brokerage team of Philip Heilpern, Richard Karson and Martin Lomazow.
