The Kislak Company, Inc. announced the recipients of its 2014 sales awards at the company’s annual awards ceremony.
Vice president Jeffrey Squires received the Producer of the Year award and vice president Scott Davidovic received the Sima Kislak Jelin Salesperson of the Year award.
Jeff Squires’ 2014 transactions included the $136 million sale of Rachel Gardens, a 764-unit multifamily complex in Montville, New Jersey.
It was the single largest sale of a multifamily property in New Jersey in terms of price since 2011 based on data available from CoStar. It is also among the largest multifamily properties in New Jersey.
Squires joined Kislak in 2007 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties throughout northern New Jersey.
The Sima Kislak Jelin Salesperson of the Year award is presented to the individual whose performance and professionalism during the past year demonstrated the highest standards of excellence for which Kislak is known. The recipient is chosen by a vote of the sales and management teams.
The award is named after the late Mrs. Jelin, who was a company executive, key mentor, and motivator to countless salespeople; and the daughter of the company’s founder, J.I. Kislak.
Scott Davidovic’s 2014 transactions totaled more than $50,000,000 and included the $18,250,000 sale of a 16,000 s/f mixed-use portfolio in Hoboken and; the long-term ground lease of Union Bridge Apartments, a 115-unit multifamily property in Rutherford.
Davidovic joined Kislak in 2006 and specializes in the sale of multifamily properties with a focus on land and development throughout northern New Jersey.
