Sabre Real Estate Group has arranged a lease in Garden City on behalf of Kidville, the operator of large, upscale childhood facilities. Kidville, whose locations offer classes and parties and feature indoor playgrounds, retail boutiques and salons for children, leased 5,000 s/f the entire second floor, at 960 Franklin Ave. The location should open in January 2014.
Stu Fagen, managing director at Sabre, and Ed Czarniak, an associate, represented Kidville. The landlord is 960 Franklin Realty Inc.
Sabre is seeking additional locations for Kidville on Long Island and in New Jersey of 4,000 to 6,000 s/f.
