Keystone Development + Investment has signed six new office leases, consisting of four new tenants and two existing tenant expansions, at its Rosetree office campus in Media, Pennsylvania. The deals, totaling approximately 50,000 square feet highlights the property’s ability to position a modern workforce for success.
The leasing activity at Rosetree, which is home to two office buildings encompassing about 270,000 square feet and featuring four-story and six-story atriums, validates the Media area as a premier location for growing companies, with quick access to major highways, airport, public transit, downtown Media, and Center City Philadelphia. Rosetree is also home to a 24/7 automated grab-and-go market, conference room with flexible seating to accommodate 25-plus, collaborative seating areas, a fitness center with locker rooms and showers, and an outdoor patio.
‘When we reimagined this campus, we aimed to develop a decidedly unique work community that provides stability and room for growth in a rapidly evolving business environment,” says Keystone Development + Investment’s President and COO, Rich Gottlieb. “The property fosters collaboration and provides ample opportunity for companies and their workers to branch out and innovate, unwind, or make new connections.”
