“We were very strategic in selecting a new location for our Midtown headquarters: Keller Williams NYC needed the right space and geographic location and found it at 1155 Avenue of the Americas with a full, private floor of 29,000 square feet that gives us tremendous flexibility for our growth plans,” said Eric Barron, CEO of Keller Williams NYC.

“We have a professional development center with seating for 150-plus agents, which will include sessions in international real estate services, as well as ample room on the floor to accommodate our expansion into relocation and new development. The location also is the perfect stepping stone for our Upper West Side office launch, slated for early 2016,”

The new location will allow Keller Williams more room to maximize its curriculum, which is geared to all levels of agents and includes economic, organizational models to leverage agents’ business.

The education focused on international services will help agents leverage the Keller Williams international network of 110,000 agents in 14 countries, added Barron.

The Midtown office move is underway for KWNYC’s 550 agents, which is expected to reach more than 600 soon, while construction is ongoing for its Tribeca retail location.

Jeffrey Rosenblatt of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented Keller Williams in the sublease from Dow Jones.
