The building is located on the corner of Third Street and Seventh Avenue in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn.

The space, which benefits from highly visible corner retail frontage in one of New York City’s strongest submarkets, will be occupied by Juice Press.

Peter Schubert, partner at TerraCRG, exclusively represented the landlord in this transaction along with Lauren Musacchio. The tenant was represented by Adam Weinblatt of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

“We are thrilled to bring Juice Press to Park Slope where we know they will continue to grow their following. The location is really ideal for them,” said Schubert.

Located across from Blue Bottle Coffee, this will be the first Juice Press that contains outdoor seating and the third Brooklyn location for the chain.

Additional chains in the area include Chipotle, Bareburger and Barnes & Noble. Juice Press replaced Yogurtland, which had occupied the space for the previous few years.
