Bertwood Realty announced the signing of an 1,096 s/f, five-year lease for the high-fashion children’s retailer, Couture Kids at 324 Columbus Avenue on the Upper West Side.
Specializing in designer clothing for children with such brands as Fendi, Petit Bateau, Young Versace and Roberto Cavalli, this marks Couture Kids second location outside of the Plaza Hotel, where Couture began.
According to Abe Bichoupan, the Bertwood Realty broker who represented the tenant, “There’s a strong market on the Upper West Side for the brands Couture carries, including lots of schools for toddlers and young children. Located between 75th and 76th Street, this site puts them in great position to tap into this market.”
Bertwood Realty is the exclusive representative of Couture Kids. They are actively seeking more locations in New York and across the United States.
Think Closet occupied the space prior. Landlord 326 Columbus LLC was repped by was Rafe Evans of Walker Malloy & Co.
