Investors relocate to Vornado’s 330 Madison Avenue

CBRE Group represented American Century Investment Management in a 41,210 s/f office lease relocation to 330 Madison Avenue.

Joseph Fabrizi, Michael Wellen, Sam Seiler and Zach Weil represented the tenant in taking the entire 7th floor in a 15-year lease.

American Century Investment Management will relocate from 666 Third Avenue in the first quarter of 2016.
