Insomnia Cookies inks Harlem lease

Thor Equities Group has leased 1,300 s/f at 17 West 125th Street in Central Harlem to Insomnia Cookies,.
The expanding bakery chain signed a long-term deal to open its first store in Harlem on the ground level of the pre-war residential and retail building.

Jay Gilbert and Jansen Hafen of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant, and Kim Leone of Thor Equities Group represented the landlord, Thor Equities Group, in the 10-year deal.The property features more than 9,000 s/f of retail space with 18 ft. ceilings, and 115 feet of frontage along 125th Street. Additional tenants include Harlem Wine and Spirits, Buffalo Boss, and My Wellness Solutions.
