Nearly 200 guests gathered in the Gramercy Square sales gallery to tour the space and enjoy bites from neighborhood favorites – Craft, Midwinter Kitchen, Union Square Café and Paul & Jimmy’s Restaurant. Chefs and representatives from the restaurants served-up delicacies in the gallery’s four model kitchens that replicate the condominium collection’s kitchen designs, which will feature materials and finishes by Italy-based Canova. Developed by The Chetrit Group and Clipper Equity, and designed by Woods Bagot, Gramercy Square includes four architecturally distinct buildings—The Tower, The Prewar, The Modern and The Boutique—that will surround 20,000 s/f of private garden spaces by M. Paul Friedberg & Partners. All four luxury buildings will have direct access to 18,000 s/f of amenities space.
