Developer Dermot Company, and leasing agent Citi Habitats New Developments, celebrated the official launch of 35,000 s/f of amenities at luxury rental building 21 West End. Located along the Hudson River waterfront in the Riverside Center community, the 616-unit reflective glass tower was designed by SLCE Architects.
The base is a private club for building tenants and their guests, with an on-site café, lounge and wine tasting room as well as an indoor pool and spa, yoga studio, fitness center and golf simulator. The building has amenities for every member of the family, including a children’s playroom that overlooks the indoor dog park.
At the event, over 100 real estate brokers, building residents and members of the development team enjoyed cocktails and a variety of hors d’oeuvres while touring the amenity spaces.
