BOND New York has partnered with ad agency Y&R New York to launch Lease on Life, an organ donor registration program that rolls out this month to coincide with National Donate Life Month.
BOND New York’s lease agreements now include a supplemental organ donor registration rider, giving people an easy, DMV-free way to register.

It will partner with Donate Life America, the nation’s largest organ donor association.
“BOND is excited to give New Yorkers another avenue to register for something that could save lives,” says Noah Freedman, BOND New York’s co-founder.
“We live and work here. This is about pitching in and hopefully helping grant a better, longer life to a friend, a neighbor, or fellow New Yorker.”

The Trump Administration had an acute impact on the luxury market in the nation’s capital, where the average price for a luxury home rose 32.6 percent in the first quarter compared to 2016, according to Redfin.
Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross and Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin both purchased homes over $10 million. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson reportedly bought a $5.5 million home.
There are typically only a few $10 million sales in the city in any given year, so the cabinet officials’ high-dollar sales in the first quarter boosted the overall luxury price point for the entire city.
