Trinity Real Estate announced today that it has negotiated new leases within its Hudson Square portfolio that will allow two valued existing tenants to move into space that is tailored to their current business needs.

Command Financial Press Corporation, one of the country’s largest financial printers, has signed a new, 15-year lease comprising approximately 28,500 sf on the fourth floor at 345 Hudson Street. It will relocate its offices from One Hudson Square. The move is scheduled for early 2014.
Command was represented by Scott Sloves and Rob Wizenberg of CBRE.
In a second, separate lease transaction, Horizon Media, Inc., an independent media services agency, will expand at One Hudson Square to occupy a total of approximately 190,500 sf, including the 33,800 sf, space on the building’s 15th Floor that will be vacated by Command.
Horizon Media was represented by Chris Mongeluzo and Moshe Sukenik of Newmark Knight Frank.
In both lease negotiations, Trinity Real Estate was represented in-house by Jason D. Pizer, President of Trinity Real Estate, and Tom Lynch.
Pizer said, “These leases speak to our ability to accommodate our tenants’ needs within our portfolio. Obviously, we are pleased to help these firms achieve their business goals and proud to retain both of these valued tenants as part of our Hudson Square community.”
The 17-story, 1 million-square-foot office building at 345 Hudson Street is known for its roster of media and communications giants such as CBS Radio East Inc., and Viacom’s Comedy Central, SpikeTV and MTV divisions.
