Himmel + Meringoff Properties announced that Dataminr, a real-time information discovery company, has signed a 10-year, 30,720 s/f lease to occupy two floors at 6 East 32nd Street.
Formerly located at 99 Madison Avenue, the transaction represents a relocation and expansion for Dataminr, which will occupy the entire second and sixth floors in the 11-story office building located in NoMad, a thriving submarket of Midtown South.
“We are delighted to be able to accommodate the long-term growth plans of Dataminr, a TAMI tenant opting for NoMad, arguably one of the most appealing submarkets for technology companies,” said Leslie Himmel.

Jason Vacker represented ownership, Himmel + Meringoff Properties, while Matthew McBride of CBRE represented Dataminr. Asking rent in the building was $56 per square foot.
Dataminr transforms real-time data from Twitter and other public sources into actionable signals, identifying the most relevant information in real-time for clients in finance, the public sector, news, security and crisis management.
The company just raised an additional $130 million in growth capital from leading financial industry investors.
