Adam Heller and Joshua Singer of the Heller Organization are bringing 6,000 s/f of new retail space to market at 60 Fulton Street.
Situated at the base of the nearly-completed luxury rental building Exhibit, the street level retail features 125 linear feet of all-glass frontage, primarily along Fulton Street, 21 ft. ceilings, and over 800 s/f of lower level storage space, connected by a dedicated elevator. The retail boxes may be divided into two or three separate stores.
Developed by Socius Development Group and The Parkland Group, the building is two blocks from South Street Seaport to the east, and Fulton Center to the west; and is just six blocks from Freedom Tower.
“This is an incredible opportunity for any retailer or restaurateur to tap into a high-end residential community in the Financial District,” said Heller.
“At the same time, a tenant here reaps the benefits of a revitalized South Street Seaport retail and entertainment complex. This is brand new retail with high ceilings, close to the center of Wall Street corporate and financial service businesses, as well as Conde Nast’s new headquarters at 1 World Trade Center.”
Area retail includes a diverse mix of local and national brands, such as Guess, Superdry, DFBK- Defend Brooklyn, Abercrombie & Fitch, Smarter Toddler, It’Sugar, Baked by Melissa, Chipotle, Meltshop, Financier Patisserie, GRK, and Starbucks. Specialty grocer Fulton Market is across the street at 55 Fulton Street.
