HAVE YOU HEARD? Surgeon to the stars selling UN penthouse

CELEBRITY plastic surgeon Dr. Sam Rizk is selling his combo apartment at United Nations Plaza.
Compass agents Ian Slater and Philip Scheinfeld are listing unit #32AE at 845 United Nations Plaza for $9.15 million (pictured top).
The apartment is combination of two units that Rizk renovated to create a custom four bedroom home decked out in sleek finishes and next generation technology.
Thereʼs an open foyer and entry gallery, open Poggenpohl kitchen, living and dining space. Rizk customized his entertaining space with a disappearing television, art walls and built-ins and created a double-insulated media room.
The master suite is in a private corner of the eastern side of the apartment while the west wing has two bedroom suits, a spare room, den and a catering kitchen.
The smart home is fully controlled with a Savant Home Automation system and Lutron lighting and the art walls have a Plexiglass Lumisheet lighting system.
Also known as Trump World Tower, the white glove building has a 20,000 s/f fitness center with saline lap pool, spa, steam and sauna rooms, terrace and garden, wine storage room, a port-cochere, parking garage, and housekeeping services.
Dr Rizk is a talking head on celebrity nose jobs whose clients include singer Fergie and Kelly Osbourne.

Suzanne Somers is selling her home


New York-based luxury firm Concierge Auctions is set to sell actress Suzanne Somers’ Palm Springs compound to the highest bidder.
The 70-acre estate in the Mesa neighborhood is owned by Somers and her producer husband, Alan Hamel.
I has five French country style villas built on four levels, all accessible by funicular, private roads and stone pathways.
The compound’s main residence has two-room kitchen, a hidden 5,000-bottle wine cellar, formal dining room that seats 32 guests, and a living room that opens onto the rock-lined swimming pool.
Designed by architect Albert Frey, a rock house sits above the main residence against the mountain and has its own meditation garden.
Fireplaces and fire pits dot the grounds and there’s even an outdoor amphitheater carved from rock.
Previously listed for $14.5 million, the property will be auctioned Jan. 31 without reserve in co-operation with Scott Lyle of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
