HAVE YOU HEARD: American Choppers star sells New York Spread, Kingdom of Norway buys $10M penthouse

American Choppers star Paul Teutul Sr. is selling his upstate New York spread.

Teutul often films Orange County Choppers and American Choppers at the farm in Montgomery, 70 miles outside of Manhattan.

The one-of-a-kind retreat sits on 38 bucolic private acres and had a three bedroom log cabin style main house that has a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, open layout and full wrap-around porch.
The grounds feature a custom pool with waterfalls, spa and water slide, a pool house and volley ball court and there are several patios dotted around the property with Viking grills, a koi pond and a one-acre self-feeding pond stocked with fish.

The master mechanic’s home has a two-story showcase garage with two self-contained apartments for guests, plus another working garage suitable for the most discriminating car aficionado or hobbyist.

Teutul has listed the property with Seta Tunell at Ellis Sotheby’s International Realty for $2.895 million.

Actress Yvonne Orji celebrated her 34th birthday at one of Cassa NY’s luxury penthouses with a private dinner party provided by the Renaissance Dining Experience (Chef Mikail Sayeed, Jackson Georges, Jr.) and hosted by Carte Blanche Team at Compass (Aaron Seawood, Anthony Serevino, Hawk Burns).

The 48-floor Cassa NYC Hotel and Residences is located at 70 West 45th Street between Fifth Avenue and Avenue of the Americas. Each of the three penthouses are accessible by key-operated elevators and was designed as part of Showtime’s Showhouse for California Home & Design Awards, where top interior designers paid homage to their favorite Showtime series, including Weeds, Dexter, Californication and Nurse Jackie.

Orji is a Nigerian-American actress best known for her role as Molly in the HBO series Insecure.

Among her guests were Danielle Brooks, who plays Tasha “Taystee” Jefferson on the Netflix series Orange Is the New Black.

The government of the Kingdom of Norway has bought a penthouse apartment in Midtown East, near the United Nations building.

According to public records, the Scandinavian nation paid $10.6 million for unit 32A at HFZ Capital Group’s condo building the Halcyon on East 51st Street.

The 3,455 s/f duplex penthouse unit has four bedrooms, 4.5-baths and three terraces with views from the 32nd and 33rd floors.
