According to Igrutinovic, the pet friendly Clinton Hill co-op’s apartments represent the best value for your money in all of Brooklyn.

But even offering one of the very rare co-ops where maintenance includes hot water, heat, gas and electric wasnʼt enough to tempt buyers when the apartment looked tired and worn.

After the makeover, Igrutinovic re-listed the unit at $690,000 and it closed at $705,000.
