THE first residents-only Drybar has opened at 111 Murray Street.
Developers Fisher Brothers, Witkoff and New Valley, struck a deal with the blowout chain that will allow residents to schedule appointment with a quick call to the concierge.
“From the beginning, we wanted 111 Murray Street residents to feel like they could have every modern convenience at their fingertips,” said Lauren Witkoff, executive vice president of Witkoff.
“Drybar serves as an extension of our unrivaled amenities package, and is a coveted brand our residents know and trust. We see it as another tool in the toolbox of delivering the ultimate luxurious residential experience.”
Designed by Drybar’s architect Josh Heitler, the two-chair shop within the 64-story tower features all of Drybar’s signature, custom elements within the David Rockwell-designed Club Floor.
The Hudson Gateway Realtors Foundation raised $30,417 at their Runway for Hope Fashion Show.
Held at Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle, the event featured fashions by Lord & Taylor in Eastchester and were modeled by HGAR Realtors. Funds will go towards assisting local not-for-profits.

“This funding will allow us to continue to support so many wonderful charitable organizations that make a real difference in the lives of both individuals and families here in the Hudson Valley,” added Bonnie Koff, chair of the HG Realtor Foundation Fundraising Committee.
Bohemia Realty Group will host its annual Uptown Pet-Adopt-a-thon on Saturday, May 4, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Held in front of its Harlem office at 2101 Frederick Douglass Blvd, Bohemia will be working with Bide-a-Wee to introduce deserving pets from New York’s leading no-kill shelter to the community.
“Harlem and Upper Manhattan are inherently pet-friendly neighborhoods with plenty of beautiful parks and an abundance of large apartments,” said Sarah Saltzberg, co-founder of Bohemia Realty Group.
“Since the start of this program, we have had tremendous success in finding homes and pets for our clients and neighbors.”
