The guest of honor was chef Seamus Mullen — chef-owner of New York restaurants Tertulia and El Colmado — who signed copies of his book Hero Food, how cooking with delicious things can help us feel better, and discussed tips on healthy eating during the holidays.
Mullen is also the brains behind the Flatiron staple Boqueria, and was a finalist on The Next Iron Chef, as well as a regular guest judge on Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay.

Gaia Real Estate has partnered with local Murray Hill artist, Shadin Hossain,of Galleria on Third, to display pieces of city-centric artwork in a newly renovated residence within The Corinthian Collection.
The Corinthian Collection is a group of 144 residences within The Corinthian Condominium, the 57-story building on East 38th Street and First Avenue. Gaia Real Estate purchased Collection in 2014 and has already sold 40 percent of residences since launching sales earlier this year.

Originally from Bangladesh, Hossain came to the U.S. at the age of 17 and opened Galleria on Third in 1999.

Hossain’s artwork will remain on display until May 2016 and is available for purchase.
