On November 6, Gwathmey Siegel Kaufman & Associates Architects (GSKA) celebrated the release of Gwathmey Siegel Buildings and Projects 2002-2012, a new monograph, published by Rizzoli and edited by Group C, Inc.
The event was held in one of the penthouses at 400 Fifth Avenue, the 60-story GSKA tower that integrates a collection of condominium tower residences with the five-star Langham Place Hotel.
Guests at the celebration took in the views from the residence’s floor-to-ceiling windows while enjoying performances by members of the Glimmerglass Festival’s opera company and strolling through an exhibition of photos and architectural models of projects featured in the book. Guests were also treated to a delicious surprise – a chocolate cake replica of the iconic Gwathmey House in Easthampton, LI.
