Gotham West Market, the award-winning food hall in Hell’s Kitchen, announced the launch of Sushi on Jones and Don Wagyu at a joint location.
Sushi on Jones’ omakase bar, which offers a 12-piece chef’s choice tasting menu served in 30 minutes, has received critical acclaim since its original location opened in NoHo in 2016.
Don Wagyu features its signature wagyu beef sandwich, delivering a luxurious fast-casual dining experience.
“Gotham West Market was the first food hall of its kind, offering high-quality, unique, diverse food offerings under one roof,” said Phil Lavoie, COO of Gotham Organization.
“With the addition of two new, authentic Japanese establishments, Gotham West Market is proud to offer an exceptional and diverse mix of cuisines.”
The 10-seat dual concept location will offer both Sushi on Jones and Don Wagyu menus.
Founded in 2013, Gotham West Market is a 10,000 s/f food hall located at the corner of 44th Street and 11th Avenue.
The curated dining establishment contains some of New York City’s top food vendors including Dell’anima, Seamore’s, Ivan Ramen Slurp Shop, La Palapa, Corner Bistro and more.
