Fortune International & Blue Road Acquire NMB Parcel for $16M

Fortune International Group – one of South Florida’s preeminent residential real estate development, sales, and marketing leaders for nearly 40 years – in partnership with Blue Road – the Florida-based integrated developer of hospitality, residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects – today announced the closing of 13899 Biscayne Boulevard for $16 million. The deal for the 1.74-acre site was completed on August 17th, paving the way for the future development of  Nexo Residences, one of the first condo projects with short-term rental capability in the rapidly evolving city of North Miami Beach.

Slated to convert reservations to contracts end of August, Nexo Residences presents 254 move-in-ready condominiums with full home-sharing capabilities, coupled with resort-style amenities. With exclusive sales and marketing by Fortune Development Sales, Nexo Residences’ units will be delivered fully furnished.

Priced from the low $500,000s, studios to four-bedroom townhomes range from about 525 to 2,190 interior square feet.
