Among the larger leases signed throughout the year were ABB/Con-Cise Optical Group, 63,017 square feet (renewal) at 4 Skyline Drive, Hawthorne, NY; The Food Bank for Westchester, 55,213 square feet (renewal/expansion) at 200 Clearbrook Road, Elmsford, NY; Ferguson Enterprises, 44,270 square feet (renewal/expansion) at 175 Clearbrook Road, Elmsford, NY; Altice, 38,900 square feet (renewal) at 6 Executive Plaza, Yonkers, NY; BTX Technologies, 23,060 square feet (renewal) at 5 Skyline Drive, Hawthorne, NY; Boxed Elmsford Max, 18,963 square feet (new) at 400 Executive Boulevard, Elmsford, NY; and Clarapath, 17,600 square feet (expansion) at 12 Skyline Drive, Hawthorne, NY.
