Fashion retailer Bonobos opening in Cobble Hill

Bonobos, the largest apparel brand ever built online in the United States, is set to open in Cobble Hill.

RKF arranged a 2,500 s/f lease for the men’s clothing brand at 173 Court Street . Justin Fantasia represented Bonobos, while RKF Senior Director Ike Bibi represented the landlord, Industrie Capital Partners.

The retail space consists of 1,700 s/f on the ground floor and 800 s/f in the lower level of a four-story brick townhouse.

“We are thrilled to announce Bonobos first foray into Brooklyn where they will be opening their 40th Guideshop location this summer,” said Fantasia.

“The brand’s use of physical retail locations to provide customers with the ability to touch, feel and purchase —without being burdened by the hassles of traditional retail—has set the precedent of the ‘e-commerce store’ business model.”

“Bonobos is the perfect fit for this highly desirable retail corridor, whose fashion quotient is on the rise,” said Bibi.
