Fashion District space getting new look for TAMI campaign

The Kaufman Organization has been appointed as the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for the Adler Group’s 550 Seventh Avenue.

Michael Heaner, partner and Sam Stein, senior associate will market four, full-floor spaces located on floors 14 through 17, each approximately 12,015 s/f in size.

The 23-story tower, a destination for prominent fashion industry brands, will be re-positioned to also attract firms in the TAMI sector.

“As the New York City office market evolves, creative firms will venture into neighborhoods like the Garment District and the Kaufman Organization, along with the Adler Group, feel that this particular pocket of Seventh Avenue is poised to become a destination that allows all industries to blend seamlessly together,” said Heaner.

Renderings of the available spaces — occupied by Donna Karan until January of 2016 — showcase open layouts, full-floor workspace and all-glass offices.

“We executed a similar re-positioning campaign at 475 10th Avenue and now that building’s roster includes a mix of creative, fashion, new media and technology companies; we’re aiming for a similar result at 550 Seventh Avenue,” said Kristin Fisher, president of Adler.
