Engel Burman is now offering Long Islanders the first ever luxury senior rental community, Encore Luxury Living, located in Jericho.
Encore Luxury Living is designed to combine the ease of apartment living with the luxurious services found at high- end hotels.
Encore’s luxury one and two bedroom suites feature full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, washer and dryer, plus other high-end finishes.
On-site amenities include an outdoor pool and fire pit, bocce court, putting green, cinema, fitness center, salon and spa, yoga studio, and golf simulator.
“Many residents will choose to live at Encore Luxury Living year round, others will split their time between Long Island and their warm weather homes,” said Steven Krieger, principal at Engel Burman.
“A luxury rental, Encore Luxury Living offers a host of amenities designed to meet the lifestyle needs of discerning Long Islanders,” according to Jan Burman, President at Engel Burman. Rental fees at Encore Luxury Living will begin at $8400 a month. Turn-key apartments will also be available for snow birds or those undergoing home renovations.
As a part of the monthly rent, Encore’s professional staff will provide housekeeping services, maintenance, and plan a calendar of daily social events.
Additionally, a concierge is always available to assist residents in securing theater, concert, sporting event, or movie tickets, making reservations at local restaurants accepting packages, arranging for deliveries and providing transportation via Encore Luxury Living’s private Mercedes vehicles.
Residents will be able to enjoy gourmet meals prepared at one of two on-site dining venues. They will also be able to arrange for breakfast and either lunch or dinner in the restaurants on a daily basis
