Empire Outlets announced that Old Navy will open a new store at the center in Fall 2018.
Old Navy’s 13,382 s/f store will join 100 outlet retailers and a 1,250-space parking garage, along with future plans for a boutique hotel.
Major retailers at the center include H&M, Banana Republic, Nordstrom Rack, Gap Factory and Columbia Sporting Goods, among others. Eateries include Shake Shack, Artichoke Basille’s Pizza and MRKTPL, Staten Island’s first-ever artisanal food hall. “We’re thrilled to have Old Navy join the Empire Outlets team and bring its world-class brand to Staten Island’s North Shore,” said Joseph Ferrara, principal of BFC Partners, developer of Empire Outlets. “As we look ahead to an incredible fall opening, Empire Outlets is poised to provide an unforgettable visitor experience and become one of New York City’s top shopping and dining destinations.”
BFC said the vast majority spaces is now leased and the company is actively in discussions with several prominent tenants for the balance. Empire Outlets is expected to open in Fall 2018.
