DSR Group has been hired to lease the 90,000 s/f of available space at 100 Challenger Road in Ridgefield Park.
This eight-story office building owned by KABR GROUP, will undergo a major capital improvement program that will include the addition of a 3,000 s/f cafe, gym, conference room, a new lobby and resurfaced parking area.
Dan Lessing, a principal of DSR Group, said, “100 Challenger is an ideal location for companies that require access to Manhattan, the major highways, and the county court system in Hackensack.”
100 Challenger Road is 2 miles from the George Washington Bridge and five minutes to the Bergen County courthouse in Hackensack.
It is part of a mixed-use development in a 60-acre waterfront setting.
