Douglas Elliman announced plans to expand with a new seventh floor office at 111 Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District.
The 19,500 s/f full-floor space will combine two of the firm’s most successful offices – 26 West 17th Street and 137 Waverly Place – into one location with room for 125 agents.
Douglas Elliman will occupy a corner space with more than 35 over-sized windows overlooking Fifth Avenue and 18th Street. Other tenants include H&M and Eileen Fisher.
“We’re thrilled to bring 125 agents together into one vibrant, well-designed office,” said Steven James, CEO of Douglas Elliman New York City. “The unbeatable location of 111 Fifth Avenue will bring our downtown presence to new heights.”
“With this new space we are joining together some of Douglas Elliman’s best-in-class agents under one roof,” said Chris Peters, Senior Executive Manager of Sales for Douglas Elliman at 111 Fifth Avenue.
Peter Gross and Louis Puopolo of DE Commercial represented Douglas Elliman. Anthony Sciacca and Robert Silver of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, The Winter Organization.
