A&E Real Estate Holdings, one of the largest multifamily real estate owner in New York City, has tapped Ideal Properties Group to exclusively lease seven of its Brooklyn properties.
Ideal will manage leasing at 100 Lefferts Avenue, 65 Ocean Avenue, 230 Ocean Parkway, 483 Ocean Parkway, 80 Woodruff Ave, 311 Lincoln Place and 260-262 Saint James Place.
All seven properties are multi-story residential buildings in some of Brooklyn’s most popular neighborhoods.
