Law firm Hafetz Necheles & Rocco and Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Partners, a major U.S. infrastructure contractor, have leased space at W&H Properties’ One Grand Central Place (60 East 42nd Street).
Hafetz Necheles & Rocco leased the entire 36th floor of 12,720 s/f. The firm will relocate from 500 Fifth Avenue in the first quarter of 2014. William Cohen and Ryan Kass of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank exclusively represented both the tenant and the landlord.
Balfour Beatty leased a pre-built office suite of 3,591 s/f on the 31st floor. Phil Giunta and Corey Berg of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank were the tenantrepresentatives, and Messrs. Cohen and Kass again represented the landlord.
