Dottid joins Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program

2022 – Dottid, the commercial real estate (CRE) SaaS technology platform for asset management and leasing transactions, has announced its partnership with the Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program, a solution that consolidates thousands of partner programs to help develop
simplified approaches to helping companies distinguish themselves among the competition and provide the greatest possible service to their customers.

To date, Dottid has excelled in both of these arenas. Following its latest $4.5 million funding round, which brought the company’s overall funding to over $14 million in three years, Dottid has seen tremendous and exponential growth as its platform continues to evolve. This evolution includes a significant expansion in terms of the services Dottid has to offer across multiple industries and has also resulted in the platform
integrating with Altus Group Limited’s ARGUS® Cloud platforms to provide direct and easy-to-access data in real time. Most recently, Dottid also partnered with Lincoln Property Company, allowing the company to expand its geographical reach; this partnership also represents the first time in over four years that a large-scale firm has made a significant investment in this type of proptech company.

Google’s Cloud Partner Advantage Program will augment these services and bring them to even greater heights. Through its partner ecosystem, the Program will allow Dottid to gain key insights and analytics as well as automate processes, make intelligent predictions and generally streamline operations even further. Additionally, the Program will also help Dottid contribute to both local and nationwide sustainability goals due to its data being stored on the carbon-neutral cloud. Google Cloud products are also matched with 100 percent renewable energy, making this partnership a tremendous step forward in a variety of ways.

“Dottid is beyond proud to participate in this elite Google partnership program,” said Kyle Waldrep, Founder and CEO, Dottid. “Google’s infrastructure and its ability to help grow and complement businesses is virtually unparalleled across any industry, and I have no doubt that our collaboration will lead to Dottid fully capitalizing on the momentum we have worked hard to build over the past few years.”
