DONE DEALS: Roundup of the week in residential sales

A New Yorker just found her dream home in Brooklyn.
Charles Rutenberg agent Tatiana Calvo  said she listed unit #3R at 543 16th Street in Windsor Terrace at a price “fair for the buyer while still fulfilling what the seller, who was the sponsor, wanted.ˮ

TATIANA CALVO

Her strategy worked when, after two packed open houses, Andrea Weksler, from Douglas Elliman, brought her client to the table.
Calvo said, “With all the interest, the buyer wanted to secure the apartment of her dreams, and that is how I received over asking.ˮ
The two bedroom, 2-bath unit (pictured top) sits on a quiet, tree-lined street one block from Prospect Park and two blocks from the F train.
It has an open kitchen with granite counters and a breakfast counter, cherry hardwood floors throughout, a washer and dryer hook up, balcony and 752 s/f roof deck.
Calvo listed the apartment at $1.199 million. It was sold for $1.249 million in a deal that took 77 days from listing to closing.
The Rutenberg agent was full of praise for her brokerage colleague, Weksler. “The deal was successful because of how responsive we were in communicating during the process of negotiations. ˮ
