After a year-long search, Citi Habitats agent John Farrell was able to find his client a new home near Madison Square Park.
Farrell’s buyer recently closed on apartment #9L at 225 Fifth Avenue, a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo for a price of $5.45 million.

The apartment was listed for $5,750,000 and was on the market for six weeks.
“The property at The Grand Madison was most appealing to my client – as it was perched above the tree line of Madison Square Park with unobstructed views of the Flatiron building and beyond,” Farrell said.
“The peace and tranquility found here was like no other place we visited. We knew immediately it was time for us to act. The home met all my client’s criteria and we were able to check every single box – size, light, views, serenity and more.”
Compass represented the seller in the transaction.
