Done Deals: Fallon’s lofty ambitions

Brooklyn broker Tina Fallon credits a renovation overseen by PorterFanna Architecture with helping her sell a Schermerhorn co-op in just four weeks.

The one bedroom, one-bath apartment at 96 Schermerhorn totals 700 s/f of space in the pre-war elevator building now known as The Boerum Court.

The building istelf offers a 24-hour doorman, concierge, roof deck, and laundry, Fallon listed the unit at $625,000 and closed a deal with Corcoran’s Yael Streit at $705,000 in just a month.
