Deals flowing at RFRʼs spruced up 350 Madison

RFR Realty announced a new 19,516 s/f lease with JLT Group at 350 Madison Avenue.

The multinational risk management firm will occupy the entire seventh floor of the 25-story office tower.

The long-term lease was negotiated on behalf of RFR by Alexander Chudnoff and Mitchell Konsker leading a leasing team from JLL.

JLT Group was represented by CBRE’s Jared Freede and Ken Rapp. RFR senior vice president and director of leasing AJ Camhi also represented the landlord in-house.

“We continue to experience strong leasing momentum at 350 Madison Avenue,” said Chudnoff. “This asset’s repositioning has yielded outstanding results, attracting high quality tenants. We’re confident this momentum will continue as tenants tour the building and appreciate its proximity to Grand Central and other positive attributes.”

JLT is one of the world’s leading providers of insurance, reinsurance and employee benefit related advice, brokerage and associated services. The London-based company has offices in 40 territories with some 10,777 employees and has more than $1.1 billion in revenue.
