Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, one of the nation’s leading realtors and the top ranked luxury real estate organization on Long Island, recently announced its top production leaders for 2021. Chief Executive Officer Deirdre O’Connell revealed that The Friedman Team was the Top Producing team at a virtual companywide meeting, addressing an audience of more than 1,000 real estate advisors, management and staff. This is the second consecutive year the Friedman group has been recognized for Top Production as a team.
Led by real estate advisors Jason Friedman and Sarah (Rudi) Friedman, the Friedman Team works out of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s Great Neck office. In 2021 the team represented the seller and of 251 Searingtown Rd, which encompasses just over 30 acres in Manhasset. The $38,400,000 transaction represented the largest land sale in Nassau County in 2021. Jason Friedman and Rudi Friedman also represented the seller in the 2013 acquisition of the property, and represented them again and also procured the buyer in the property’s latest sales transaction.
