Cushman & Wakefield has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Pickwick Plaza, a three-building, 280,000 s/f Class-A office complex located in Greenwich, Conn.
Kensico Properties, the owners of Pickwick Plaza, is planning a broad range of renovations to the Class-A office complex.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jay Hruska, vice chairman, Tara Stacom, executive vice chairman, Torey Walsh, director, Connor Daugstrup, associate, and Scott Silverstein, senior leasing associate, are the exclusive leasing agents for the property.
Pickwick Plaza is managed by Hines. Recent transactions include Performance Equity Partners’ 11,500 s/f lease and Oak Management’s 6,800 s/f lease.
