Imagine walking up to a building and learning about the property inside from a mobile device.
Cushman & Wakefield, the largest privately held commercial real estate services firm in the world, teamed up with AT&T to roll out the new “CWmobile” application, which will be initially used by its commercial real estate brokers in the U.S.
Built on the AT&T Mobile Enterprise Application Platform, CWmobile will help brokers deliver an innovative real estate viewing experience when working with commercial clients.
Benefits include customized, location-based commercial real estate showings. If a client expresses interest in a building or area, the broker can use the application to immediately identify all listings in that location, scroll up to a particular floor with the listing, get the leasing contact information, and book a showing through a dynamic up-to-date scheduling system.
It offers real-time mobile access to the latest commercial listings, visual renderings and property photos of each listed space, the ability to securely access proprietary, corporate data on-demand via their mobile device while visiting properties with clients.
“We developed this app to create a next-generation real estate experience for both our clients and professionals,” said Jim Underhill, CEO of the Americas for Cushman & Wakefield.
