Cushman & Wakefield announced a new strategic alliance with Smith Roberts National Corporation, a nationwide land survey co-ordination firm.
Smith Roberts specialized in the procurement, review, and delivery of ALTA/ACSM (American Land Title Association/American Congress Survey & Mapping) surveys for multi-site, multi-state real estate transactions.
As part of the alliance, industry veteran Jim Ryan has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory Practice from Smith Roberts to serve as a managing director assisting clients with the full spectrum of survey and title services offered by Smith Roberts.
“In line with our Strategic Plan, to continue to balance our service mix on a consistent geographic basis, this alliance w offers Cushman & Wakefield clients immediate access to fully integrated land title survey coordination and consulting, as well as zoning due diligence and field services throughout the entire United States,” said John D.
