Construction management firm Omnibuild today announced its new office location in Midtown Manhattan. Omnibuild’s new space is located on the 14th floor of 141 West 36th Street.
Formerly located on West 35th Street, the firm is building out its new space, which encompasses half a floor, and will relocate in August.
“New York City is the greatest city in the world, and we’re proud to be part of its recovery,” said John Mingione, principal and COO of Omnibuild. “It’s an exciting time to head back to the office and collaborate in person again as we continue to construct and renovate the city’s most transformative buildings.”
Since its founding in 1994, Omnibuild has become one of the leading mid-sized construction management firms in New York. Specializing in high-rise construction as well as major renovations across the metropolitan area, the firm’s portfolio boasts a range of hospitality, residential and educational buildings.
Recent and ongoing Omnibuild projects include the Marriott Marquis in Times Square; two 35-story twin hotels on West 24th Street and West 28th Street; and a 550,000 s/f mixed-use residential building, which includes a multi-story school in Queens.
A fully modernized building originally constructed in 1911, 141 West 36th Street is a 22-story office tower owned and managed by Brause Realty.
