Coldwell Banker Realty Announces Grand Opening Of New Boutique Rental Building Aspira Jersey City

Anthony Curty from Coldwell Banker Realty’s Hoboken office and Coldwell Banker Realty New Homes, a leading sales and marketing organization in the homebuilding industry, announce the start of leasing for Aspira, a new rental property at 271 Sip Avenue in Jersey City‘s dynamic Journal Square neighborhood. The Aspira is a six-story boutique building containing just 60 well-appointed homes over a covered parking garage, and is ideally located near public transportation, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.  The property is about a 10- minute walk to the Journal Square PATH station and transportation center, which provides direct train service to Midtown and Downtown Manhattan. Coldwell Banker Realty is serving as the leasing and marketing team for the building.

Aspira offers spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments with open natural lit living areas. Studio suites start at $1,850 per month, and one-bedroom residences start at $2,250. Initial occupancy has begun and the Aspira is 25% leased after only a soft launch a few weeks ago.

“With its vibrant art scene, bustling shops, bars and restaurants nearby, Aspira enjoys an enviable location,” said Curty. “We are excited to bring this exceptional residential property to the Journal Square neighborhood of Jersey City.”

Aspira features a striking two-tone building façade with oversize black frame windows that bring natural light into the living and sleeping areas. These contemporary residences include nine-foot ceilings, designer ceiling fans in the bedrooms and studio sleeping areas, recessed LED lighting, hardwood-look LVT flooring throughout living areas and bedrooms, and oversize porcelain tile flooring in baths. Each residence includes an in-unit washer/dryer.

The modern kitchens showcase gourmet style sleek cabinetry with brushed metal fixtures, stainless appliances, quartz countertops, mosaic glass tile backsplash, and peninsulas with pendant lighting.  Generously sized bathrooms have built-in medicine cabinets and shower-over-tubs, Kohler fixtures with floor-to-ceiling tile surround.

The building offers a package room, bike storage, and a tranquil roof deck/garden for passive recreation.

Covered-under building parking is available.

“With only 60 apartments and direct access parking, Aspira offers a great new living option for this lively neighborhood,” said Curty.  “We anticipate a quick lease-up for this special property.”
