Cignature Realty Closes $3.9 Million Washington Heights Deal

Today, Cignature Realty announced the $3,950,000 sale of 502 West 170th Street, a 5-story, multifamily apartment building with a total of 20 residential units. The property is located on West 170th Street between Audubon and Amsterdam Avenues in Washington Heights, Manhattan.

The 16,350 square foot building sold for approximately $241 per square foot.

Cignature Realty’s Jamie DeNicola represented the buyer, while Lazer Sternhell and Peter Vanderpool represented the seller.
