Lazer Sternhell, Peter Vanderpool and Sarah Mae Selnick of Cignature Realty were ranked number one in Top Sales Deals in Brooklyn, New York market. Messrs. Sternhell and Vanderpool and Ms. Selnick represented the seller and buyer for 1134 Fulton Street, 1056 Manhattan Avenue, and 93 Linden Street – a three-building multifamily portfolio in Brooklyn, New York that sold for $254,433,800.
